GENERAL RETURNS POLICY
You may return new items in their original product packaging within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a full refund minus the shipping fee.
No restocking fee shall apply. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a a result of our error or
if the product was received by you in a defective condition.
In order to make a return to babybeddingmarket.com, you must contact our Customer Service Department within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery and request a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#). The RMA# is valid for 14 days and returns will not be accepted after the 14 day period has expired.
You will need to have the following information readily available to you to provide to our Customer Service Agent: order number, product name, product description, reason for return, return for replacement, exchange or refund.
Please write the RMA# conspicuously on the front of your return package when you ship your return. Any items not returned with the RMA# or later than 14 days after receiving your RMA# shall not qualify for exchange or refund.
We recommend you insure any packages you return to us for the original amount of the purchase. Babybeddingmaket.com shall not have any responsibility associated with goods lost or damaged during shipping. Your account will be credited within
twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of a returned item, less the shipping expense incurred by BabyBeddingMarket.com to ship your product to you. If you have any questions about our return order processing, please contact our Customer Service Department and we will Gladly assis you.
ITEMS THAT ARE NOT RETURNABLE
Babybeddingmarkt.com does not accept returns of the following items:
1. Clearance and discontinued sale items - Items designated as clearance and discontinued sale items shall be considered as final purchases and cannot, therefore, be returned to babybeddingmarket.com.
2. Used, washed or soiled items - Used, washed or otherwise soiled items shall not be eligible for return to babybeddingmarket.com.
EXCHANGES
IF you receive a defective item and need to exchange it for the same item, please follow the return protocol set forth under General Returns Policy herein. If you would like to exchange an item for a different item, please like wise return the original item as set forth under General Returns Policy (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
Please note that returned items will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours upon receipt. You can check on the status of your return by contacting our Customer Service Department.
